Louis and Pax came to life in 2016 as a passion project between two mates. The main focus is to showcase Northern Barossa Valley Shiraz, crafting unique wines of quality and character. I have the privilege to source the majority of my fruit from the famed Hoffmann Dimchurch vineyards in the sub-region of Ebenezer. This combined with an unwavering obsession, I look forward to producing wine that respects the particulars of people, place and season.
